What is Judo?
Judo is a modern Japanese martial art and Olympic sport that focuses on throws, pins, and submissions rather than striking. It develops balance, coordination, confidence and respect, making it suitable for kids, teens and adults. Practitioners learn to use technique and timing instead of strength, in a safe, controlled environment with clear rules and grading.
